When you use Solliva, we collect: identifiers (name, contact details, device identifiers); health and care information — what you enter and what your clinic provides for display, such as your care plan, care team, diagnoses, medications, preferred pharmacy and imaging facility, insurance, demographics, and social needs; appointment requests and messages; and app usage and device data.
We use this to: provide the app and share information with your care team; keep the app secure; improve the app; and meet legal duties. We keep it as described in the retention schedule in our Privacy Policy.
We do not sell your information, we do not share it for advertising, and the app shows no advertising.
